Your credit card will be debited after making your reservation for the amount indicated at the time of payment. The charge will be made in USD or EUR depending on the selected currency, for the benefit of the merchant managing the payment, of which you will be informed at the end of the purchase process.
It is essential to present your passport or identity card at the time of check-in.
Reservations and Payments
We offer real-time room availability and instant confirmation for hotels in Cuba. If there is no availability at the confirmed hotel, Solways will guarantee a hotel of a similar category in the same city. Payments will be made in advance. Your credit card will be debited, within a period of 24 hours, after the reservation is confirmed. The charge will be in USD or EUR, depending on the selected payment currency. Total charge includes booked room, dining plan and taxes, as well as access and reservation fees. Extra charges, such as parking, telephone calls, room service, etc., will be covered by the client directly with the hotel. Your reservation will include late arrival, provided that the client informs Solways in advance. Cash payments will not be accepted at the hotel.
Cancellation and Refund
For all activities that are canceled outside the maximum time established, or where clients do not participate (no-show) in activities that have been previously purchased, the following penalties will be applied:
-If you cancel 5 days before the enjoyment of your reservation, Solways will penalize an amount of 15.00 USD, for administrative expenses, to the total amount paid for your reservation. During Peak season (Dec/22 - Jan/03), other cancellation policies apply. For more information, contact Solways Cuba directly.
- If you cancel less than 5 days before the enjoyment of your reservation, you will be penalized with 100% of the total amount paid. Only cancellations made for reasons of force majeure will be exempt from this penalty.
- Non-attendance (no-show) to enjoy the stay, is penalized with 100% of the total paid.
Complaint
If you are not satisfied with any of the services received you must formulate your complaint at the Hotel and send us your claim to the email: sales@solwayscuba.com. Once received:
- Solways Cuba will send the facts received to the service provider, for evaluation.
- Once the necessary information has been received by the supplier, Solways Cuba will notify the client of the decision made.
